In addition to double passing lighter ink on darker paper, it is also helpful to double pass glow-in-the-dark ink to ensure a vibrant glow when the lights go out.
Lastly, it is beneficial to overlay glow-in-the-dark ink onto lighter ink if there is a portion of your design that you want to glow brighter. In this case, we overlayed the glow-in-the-dark ink onto the metallic silver ink of the moon to create a greater luminance.
