This letterpress print was intended to capture the feel of a watercolor print. We accomplished this by doing two split fountain runs, which essential takes the two setups to four colors and brings out new colors in the gradient between them.

Description
From the Designer
This card is the first of a series to come. I wanted to create something that truly tied my love for calligraphy, watercolors and quality paper goods together in a way that would make each aspect come to life. I had been sitting on this idea for a while when I met Nick from Mama's Sauce. After showing him my artwork and ideas on how to bring it to life, I was even more excited about this project! His enthusiasm and desire to take the time to try something new and make something unique was so encouraging. I got connected with the team at Mama's Sauce and they worked–very patiently–with me through every step of the process. (Thank you Hogan!) Even though this was an intricate order getting printed out of state for me, I felt in-the-loop the entire time, and confident that their standard of quality and mine were the same. I felt like they cared as much about my cards as I do, and they worked with me until we were all happy with them. I could not have had a better experience and I can't wait to work together again!
