"This gig poster was created for the the supergroup 'Post Pop Depression,' that consists of Iggy Pop, Josh Homme, Dean Fertita and Matt Helders. The tour is a one time only experience and this poster commemorates the kickoff at SXSW 2016 in Austin Texas."
"I've been obsessed with day-glo, blacklight reflective inks lately and the team at Mama's Sauce have been working with me to dial in the process to produce these psychedelic, over-the-top, neon posters that I had envisioned. The overall concept for this piece is centered around Iggy pop as a true, American icon of unfiltered, creative expression. The crumbling statue, fluorescent colors and winged, flight suit girl represent the current, 'post pop' era that we are living in now and it aims to remind us of the importance in recognizing those fearless artists who have paved the way when untamed self expression was not something that was easily celebrated or adopted by the masses."
